Kinloch is a city in St. Louis County, Missouri, United States. The population was 298 as of the 2010 census.

As of the census of 2010, there were 298 people, 105 households, and 67 families residing in the city. The population density was 408.2 inhabitants per square mile (157.6/km). There were 177 housing units at an average density of 242.5 per square mile (93.6/km). The racial makeup of the city was 3.4% white, 94.6% African American, 0.3% Native American, 0.7% Asian, and 1.0% from two or more races.
There were 105 households of which 36.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 19.0% were married couples living together, 31.4% had a female householder with no husband present, 13.3% had a male householder with no wife present, and 36.2% were non-families. 32.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 8.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.84 and the average family size was 3.63.
The median age in the city was 31.8 years. 31.9% of residents were under the age of 18; 9.8% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 21.8% were from 25 to 44; 29.8% were from 45 to 64; and 6.7% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 46.6% male and 53.4% female.

The racial makeup of the city was 1.78% white, 96.44% African American, 0.67% Native American, 0.22% Asian, and 0.89% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.67% of the population.

The average household size was 2.86 and the average family size was 3.39.

In 2015, press reports indicated the average lifespan in mostly-black Kinloch is thirty years less than in mostly-white Wildwood.
