Newark is a village in Knox County, Missouri, United States, along the South Fabius River. The population was 94 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.32 square miles (0.83 km), all land.
As of the census of 2010, there were 94 people, 47 households, and 26 families residing in the village. The population density was 293.8 inhabitants per square mile (113.4/km). There were 60 housing units at an average density of 187.5 per square mile (72.4/km). The racial makeup of the village was 90.4% White, 2.1% African American, 1.1% Native American, and 6.4% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.1% of the population.
There were 47 households of which 14.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 42.6% were married couples living together, 2.1% had a female householder with no husband present, 10.6% had a male householder with no wife present, and 44.7% were non-families. 42.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 25.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.00 and the average family size was 2.65.
The median age in the village was 44.5 years. 13.8% of residents were under the age of 18; 12.8% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 23.3% were from 25 to 44; 29.8% were from 45 to 64; and 20.2% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the village was 53.2% male and 46.8% female.
As of the census of 2000, there were 100 people, 45 households, and 27 families residing in the village. The population density was 308.8 people per square mile (120.7/km²). There were 65 housing units at an average density of 200.7/sq mi (78.4/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 99.00% White and 1.00% Asian.

The average household size was 2.22 and the average family size was 3.00.
